Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak is a tender, delicious steak that's super simple to make but will wow any guests! It's absolutely a main dish that you'll want in your rotation!

Ingredients
2lbs.skirt steak
8-10tsps.minced garlic(preferably fresh) you can adjust this amount to your preference.
1cupchopped parsley
1cupbutter
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil(or oil of your preference)
Instructions
Cut steaks into 3-4 pieces, so they fit in your skillet.
Drizzle olive oil over both sides of steak and season generously with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet (cast iron works great for this!) heat oil over medium high heat until hot.
Add the steak and sear both sides for 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness. Once done place on a plate to cool.
Melt butter in skillet over low heat and add in minced garlic. Cook until lightly browned.
Pour garlic butter into a bowl and salt to taste.
Slice the steak pieces against the graininto thin strips.
Garnish steak with parsley and drizzle the garlic butter over top. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to slice your steak pieces against the grain to achieve a nice tender steak. Otherwise, it will be extremely chewy and difficult to eat. Feel free to adjust the garlic to your preference.
