Pave is a creamy and delicious Brazilian Dessert! Made with sweetened condensed milk, lady finger biscuits, chocolate and sometimes with a whipped cream topping! It's a simple No-Bake recipe that everyone is sure to love!

Ingredients
FOR THE CREAM:
2cansSweetened condensed milk
2cupsMilk
4Egg yolks
6tbsps.Cornstarch
2tsps.Vanilla extract
400ml.Heavy cream
ASSEMBLING:
Lady Finger biscuits(or any biscuit you prefer)
2cupsMilk
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
8-12oz.Dark chocolate chips(or one bag)
1cupHeavy cream
GARNISH:
Dark chocolate shavings
2cups Whipped topping(bought or homemade)
Instructions
FOR THE CREAM:
In a saucepan, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, cornstarch, milk, and vanilla extract.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add in heavy cream. Mix until well blended. Allow to cool.
ASSEMBLING:
Dip each Lady Finger biscuit in milk and place on bottom of your 9x12 dish.
Spread 1/2 of the cream mixture over top.
Add 1 more layer of biscuits. Then the last 1/2 of your cream mixture. Refrigerate for an hour or so.
FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE TOPPING:
Place chocolate chips into a bowl. In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer. Pour over the chocolate chips and let sit for a couple of minutes.
Stir together until smooth.
Pour Chocolate Ganache over top of the Pave and refrigerate for another 3-4 hours.
GARNISH AND WHIPPED TOPPING:
Now you will add your whipped topping if you are using.
To make your own, just whip together at high speed for about 5 minutes, 1 cup heavy cream and 1/2 cup powdered sugar, until stiff peaks form.
Before serving sprinkle chocolate shavings over top.
