Banana Bread

This Banana Bread is super easy to make and is moist and scrumptious! It's a fun recipe to let your kids help make as well! Turn your brown bananas into a delicious breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter (5 1/2 tbsps.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease bread pan.
  • First, mash up the bananas. By hand with a fork or using a stand mixer.
  • Add in the sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla.
  • Then, add the flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  • Mix for a couple of minutes until smooth.
  • Pour batter into the bread pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Check with knife to see if it's done. If the knife comes out clean, it's ready to come out of oven.
  • Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes.
  • Slice and serve with butter!
