Brazilian Cheese Bread

Brazilian Cheese Bread is the perfect quick and easy appetizer! They are crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside and so delicious! Made from Tapioca flour, milk and lots of cheese, they are a wonderful gluten free snack and sure to satisfy!

Equipment

  • Mini muffin pan or cookie sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In a bowl or stand mixer, add the flour, salt, milk, egg, and oil. Mix until batter is smooth.
  • Add the different cheeses and mix in well.
  • Grease the mini muffin pan. Fill each hole about halfway with batter.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool a couple of minutes in the pan.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

If you don't have a mini muffin pan, you can just spoon the batter onto a baking sheet and bake!
