Brazilian Cheese bread balls stacked in white bowl on table.

Brazilian Cheese Bread or “puffs” are the perfect quick and easy appetizer! They are a delicate, crunchy-on-the-outside, chewy-on-the-inside, cheesy treat. Made with tapioca flour, milk, and cheese, these little cheesy bread balls are also gluten free. They can be eaten alone, but they pair perfectly with marinara sauce! These would be the perfect appetizer if you’re in a hurry but still want to pull together a delicious and satisfying snack for your guests.

This was one of the last quick and easy Brazilian recipes that my kids and I made for our geography study on Brazil. They were all fans! It’s similar to an American cheese stick but has an interesting texture and is just so fun to eat. We enjoyed them as our Pizza Night appetizer! Yum! The Parmesan cheese in this gives it a nice crust on the outside that’s just perfection! You can use any cheese you like, but I highly recommend not leaving out the parmesan!

All you need to do is blend all of the ingredients together in a mixer and spoon onto a baking sheet to bake! Super simple!
