Ingredients
For the Whipped Cream
2cupsheavy whipping cream
1/2cuppowdered sugar
The Chocolate Pie Filling
4ozsemi-sweet chocolatechopped
4tbspbutterchopped
1(8 oz pkg)cream cheeseroom temperature
1½cupspowdered sugarmore or less depending on how sweet you prefer
3cupsprepared whipped cream
For Crust and Topping
19"deep dish pie crustpre-baked (either homemade or according to package directions) You can also use a prepared graham cracker crust.

Instructions
First, you'll need to prepare the whipped cream. Using a stand or handheld mixer, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together on high speed for about 5-7 minutes or until stiff peaks form. This recipe should make about 5 cups of whipped cream. Set aside 2 cups to go on as topping. The remaining 3 cups will go into the pie filling.
In a medium sized microwavable bowl, add the chopped chocolate and the butter. Microwave for about 30 seconds, remove and stir. Then microwave for another 20 seconds or until melted and smooth. Allow to cool while preparing the filling.
In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese for about 1 minute until fluffy and smooth. Add in the powdered sugar and whisk together.
Now add in the melted chocolate and mix to combine.
Gently fold in the 3 cups of whipped cream.
Spread the chocolate pie filling into the pie crust. Spread the remaining 2 cups of whipped cream onto the top and garnish with chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Overnight is best.
