Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

This pumpkin cheesecake dip is the perfect creamy dessert to serve at your next fall gathering! It's rich in pumpkin spices with the tart flavor of a cheesecake. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fruit for a special treat!

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Hand or stand mixer
  • Silicone spatula

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Dippers:

  • graham crackers
  • vanilla wafers
  • animal crackers
  • ginger snaps
  • sliced apples or pears

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and sugars until smooth.
  • Add in the pumpkin puree, spices, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
  • Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best results.
  • Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or sliced apples or pears and enjoy!

Notes

Storage:
Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
