Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

Pumpkin cheesecake dip is the perfect combo of cream cheese and pumpkin. Not only is it delicious, but it’s super quick to throw together. You won’t have to slave over a dessert for your next event. Just mix the ingredients together, chill, and serve with your favorite cookies or fruit!
Having 9 kids myself, I love a quick and easy dessert that I can throw together without any prep at all and know that there will be enough to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. This is a particularly fun recipe that would be fun to serve when there will be lots of kids! You could hollow out a small pumpkin and place a bowl of this inside the pumpkin for a fun dipping experience!

Ingredients Needed:
- Cream cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Brown sugar
- Pumpkin puree
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
Optional Dippers;
- Graham crackers
- Vanilla wafers
- Animal crackers
- Ginger snaps
- Sliced apples or pears

How to Make Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and smooth.
Next, add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving for best results.
Serve with graham crackers, sliced apple, or animal crackers and enjoy!

Cover with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.

- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and sugars until smooth.
- Add in the pumpkin puree, spices, and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
