Pumpkin Spice Whipped Butter

This pumpkin spice whipped butter topping is just the absolute most scrumptious fall topping you’ll ever taste! It’s perfect for delicious pumpkin pancakes or cinnamon rolls or whatever treat you can think of. If you’ve ever had a cinnamon roll from a chain restaurant that’s slathered in whipped butter, you know it’s amazing! This is even better with its sweet pumpkin spice flavor! Absolutely perfect for fall.
Fall is my absolute favorite time of the year! It also happens to be my birthday month although that has little to do with why I love this season most of all. Living in Texas, our summers are brutal, so when fall rolls around, it’s not super cool weather, but it’s cool enough that it’s a nice break for us here in Texas. It offers us hope to be able to go outside again!
So as soon as we get even a hint of cooler weather, (which is 80 degrees for us! ha!) We are ready for all the fall recipes! And yes, we love pumpkin spice around here. Pumpkin smoothies, pancakes, soup, you name it, we are eating it! So, of course I had to try and make pumpkin spice whipped butter topping as well! We love this on our pumpkin pancakes, and I know you will too!
This recipe contains a tiny bit of cream cheese, which I think adds a delicious tartness to it, but if you don’t have it on hand or prefer it without, it can be omitted, and it will turn out just fine!
